This filter is suitable with all of our boiling water taps, the purest of water is achieved using this modern carbon pure water filter. The filter is built to organically remove magnesium, calcium, chlorine and dirt particles from your water supply.
It is recommended that the carbon purity filter is changed every 6 months.

Free UK Shipping on ALL orders over £99 – we take great care in ensuring that your product reaches you in excellent condition.
Delivery for products under £99 is £4.99.
All orders before 3pm are generally dispatched the same day but this isn’t guaranteed.

Once you have received your parcel, please check your parcel. If there is an issue with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us by email at hello@tapdiy.co.uk with details of your problem in addition to the order number.
Working days are defined as Monday to Friday (excluding any public holidays and bank holidays). Orders processed after 3pm on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday.
Customers in the UK, if you do not receive your order within 3 working days, please contact us with your order number as soon as possible so that we can investigate this.
Returns
It's important that you are completely satisfied with your Tap DIY order. If you're not fully satisfied with your order, we offer the following options:
- 30 days to return your item for a full refund
- 45 days to return your item for a credit note (valid for 12 months from the date of issue)
- Top UK based Customer Service to assist you with any questions
Any refund will be credited back to your original payment method that you paid with.
