Can I collect an order from your Warehouse?
You are able to collect Hanstrom boiling water taps and Sauben toilet seats from our Warehouse: Tap DIY, 16 Walkley Ln, Heckmondwike, West Yorkshire, WF16 0NB.
What happens after placing an order?
Firstly, you will receive an email confirmation. Orders usually are delivered next day if the order is placed before 12pm on a weekday. If you place an order over the weekend, you should get it by Tuesday.
I did not receive an order confirmation, did you receive my order?
If you haven’t received an order confirmation via email, there is a chance something may have gone wrong. Please contact us so we are able to get your order dispatched as soon as possible.
Do you accept payment after receiving the products?
No, but we do accept all major credit cards and PayPal as payment methods.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs £4.99 for orders under £99. Orders over £99 is Free for the UK only.
What are the accepted payment methods?
You can by PayPal or by Credit/Debit card.
