Free UK Shipping on ALL orders over £99 – we take great care in ensuring that your product reaches you in excellent condition.
Delivery for products under £99 is £4.99.
All orders before 3pm are generally dispatched the same day but this isn’t guaranteed.

Returns
It's important that you are completely satisfied with your Tap DIY order. If you're not fully satisfied with your order, we offer the following options:
- 30 days to return your item for a full refund
- 45 days to return your item for a credit note (valid for 12 months from the date of issue)
- Top UK based Customer Service to assist you with any questions
Any refund will be credited back to your original payment method that you paid with.
